As announced earlier this week, Jeff Jarrett will join the WWE Hall of Fame in this year’s class, alongside Bill Goldberg, The Dudley Boyz and Ivory.
The decision to induct Jarett into the WWE Hall of Fame was met with surprise by some fans, given Jarrett’s history with WWE, but according to a new report by Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated’s Extra Mustard, Jarrett does have his fair share of allies in WWE. Names like AJ Styles and Bobby Roode are close with Jarrett from their days in TNA, and Kevin Nash and Scott Hall, who are close with Triple H, are also said to be Jarrett allies.

The SI report furthers it was indeed Triple H who pushed for Jarrett’s Hall of Fame induction, and with the recent hiring of Jeremy Borash, it will be interesting to see if there are any plans for Jarrett to become a member of Triple H’s slowly forming backstage team in NXT.
